If item is faulty we are able to offer you a refund. Faulty items must be sent back to Noise Coalition, and we will approve the fault before issuing a refund. You will be refunded using the same payment method which you used to pay us. If a size exchange is needed, the original order must be sent back to Noise Coalition to be approved before we send the exchange out.
Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it, and it must be returned to us in its original packaging, with all tags. It must not be worn, washed, or have the tags removed to be eligible for refund. You will need to cover the cost of sending the product back.
If you suspect you have a faulty item, or wish to exchange an item, follow these steps:
1) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return”.
2) Provide your name, order number, style of product, color, size, and the reason for the exchange.
3) We will contact you with further instructions (expect a reply within 48 hours).
